Understanding Commissions

When it comes to real estate commissions, it’s important to understand how agents are compensated for your services.

It is very common for the buyers agent commission t be paid through the Seller’s Agent commission. If that is the case, you won’t owe our team anything. If the seller is not paying the commission, our standard rate is 3%. We can usually cover that amount through our offer and concessions from the seller. For every property that we see, we’ll let you know upfront how the commission will be paid and what impact it will have on what you ultimately pay for the house.
